Would you like to play a larger role at CalTravel? If so, we encourage you to raise your hand for a leadership position on the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, or as a Committee Chair.

Serving in a leadership position is a great way to lend your knowledge and expertise to shape the future of CalTravel, collaborate with industry peers, and advance your career. We are seeking individuals who are committed to helping our organization grow in influence, effectiveness, and value, and we welcome new and diverse perspectives.

The Nominations Committee is accepting nominations through April 18. Members serving on the committee are Chuck Davison, Tourism Economics (Chair); Matt Clement, Madden Media; Cassandra Costello, San Francisco Travel; Omark Holmes, Visit Huntington Beach; and Sabrina Lockhart, California Attractions & Parks Association.

Open Leadership Positions

AT-LARGE BOARD DIRECTORS
OPENINGS: 10-12

CalTravel is seeking At-Large Board Directors to guide our mission to protect and advance the interests and investments of California's travel and tourism industry through advocacy, collaboration, and education. We are looking for influential voices, underrepresented perspectives, and individuals who have made significant contributions to CalTravel's mission.

EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
OPENINGS: 1-2

CalTravel is seeking up to two new Executive Committee Directors to oversee the work of CalTravel and to direct management, strategy, and investment. We are looking for influential, service-minded industry leaders who currently serve on CalTravel's Board of Directors. Executive Committee Directors have a significant additional time commitment.

COMMITTEE CHAIRS
OPENINGS: 2

CalTravel is seeking nominations for members interested in serving as Co-Chairs of the PAC Trustees and DMO Roundtable (large DMO representative). We are looking for individuals who have expertise in the respective subject areas and currently participate in committee activities.
